Project Architect and Contract Administrator for a major refurbishment, and extension to a 1950s dwelling on one of Sunbury’s premier roads.

Works included demolition of the existing garage, removal of the existing roof, 2 storey side and rear extension, new mastersuite within the new hipped roof. The lead ‘crown’ roof was used to maximise floor space whilst reducing the ridge height. The works doubled the floor area of the existing house.
